SHIPPING POLICY
We will only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card. After your order is fulfilled and packaged, it will be shipped via USPS. All domestic and international packages will require signature confirmation. Orders generally ship Monday through Friday only. Saturday delivery may be available for an additional charge. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. Multiple items order under a single order may not always ship together. In the case of multiple shipments for an order, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees. To ensure a safe and secure delivery of your order, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. International buyers will be responsible for any import fees and/or taxes.

Orders are processed Monday- Friday. Orders that are placed on weekends and Holidays are processed the next business day. All Orders are shipped via USPS. Sometimes it might take some time to be shown online or trackable. Please be patience in time being.

If the tracking is not trackable, please allow some time for the tracking to be shown.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We ship worldwide. If your country shown up at checkout it means we do ship to your country. All international orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. International shipment tracking number will be provided upon shipment to your destination.

Please note that you may incur customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, and these fees are not charged or calculated by BG Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tarrifs, excises and other governmental fees associated with their merchandise. Such customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. BG has no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees for merchandise sent outside the USA. In case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees and return fees assessed. Please call your local Customs & Duties Offices for more information regarding excise duties.

 

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 14-20 business days or later to ship.
The fact 14-20 business days is just an estimated time for most items, please know that custom made require a custom mould and it takes up to 8 business weeks to ship. Also chains take longer time than pendants.
Due to the policy and term above, it could not be a reason for refund, exchange, or cancellations for all orders once it is being made and processed.
No we do not take rush order. We can not ship and process before your birthday or because it is a gift.
No we do not guarantee on shipping time.

Please understand all items are handmade and it does take time to make.

There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for all items once order is placed.


We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery.
We will only ship to address provided at checkout.
