Yes. To prevent credit card fraud, shipping to an alternate address requires cardholder verification.

You must provide a screenshot directly from your banking app or credit card statement showing the charge from our store. This proves you own the card and it isn't stolen.

We enforce a strict no-cash-refund policy. Exchange or store credit requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items in original packaging with intact security seals and attached security tags. Return shipping expenses remain the client's responsibility.

Because each piece is individually finished, slight variations are normal. Sizing errors, improper fit selection, or misinterpreting published dimensions do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Proper daily care and maintenance of your jewelry is entirely the responsibility of the owner, not Bijouterie Gonin. To preserve the original lustre over extended wear:

Wear and tear, tarnish, or damage caused by improper care or exposure are not covered under our standard policy. However, for past customers—regardless of how long ago you purchased—we offer maintenance, repair, and recoating services for an additional fee.
