DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDER?

I've never had custom jewelry made before. What is the process and how do I start?

No we do not. We only offer customize based on the mold we got.

By starting from the scratch with a custom piece it takes long time and once design is made, it still take extra time to test and alter for best result. 

Mainly this will take longer time up to 2-3 months. So no we do not provide custom made which requires a new mold. However we do offer customize based on the molds and designs we got. For example, if you want to switch the color for the stones, different colors or the custom length.

DOES IT FADE? WARRANTY?

PRODUCT WARRANTY

No we do not offer warranty. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept refunds, under some circumstances only exchanges for store credit. 

Please remember returns may be accepted within 7 days from the received date for an exchange or store credit only. Shipping fee is non-refundable, unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s). Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and come in original package and must be approved by our customer service representatives. Please read and understand the full Refund Policy before continuing your order.

MAINTENANCE

Once item is shipped and received, it is up to you (the Client) to take care the jewelry piece. Despite the fact these are high end and triple plated with high end material such as real gold. They will still look less shiny over time without care and maintenance. (Same apply to real gold.)

We suggest to clean jewelry with professional jewelry cleanser from time to time.

Do not wear them to shower. Do not wear during workout or sport. Avoid sweat.

Do not over stack the chains too much to create crushing and scratches.

As a customer, we understand your concern. If there's problem regarding to our products. If you have any other concerns or issues, please feel free to share them with us we'll do our best to address them in a timely manner.

We stated clearly all measurement, material and colors under product description on the site. We took our own pictures and this is the exact items you will be receiving. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products we cannot make each item EXACTLY the same. And this would not be a reason for refund or returns.

We do not offer refund or returns if you think "Oh i thought this is bigger" or "It looks different" while we clearly stated all measurement, material and colors under product description on the site. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 14-20 business days or later to ship.

The fact 14-20 business days is just an estimated time for most items, please know that custom made require a custom mould and it takes up to 8 business weeks to ship. Also chains take longer time than pendants.

Due to the policy and term above, it could not be a reason for refund, exchange, or cancellations for all orders once it is being made and processed.
No we do not take rush order. We can not ship and process before your birthday or because it is a gift.
No we do not guarantee on shipping time.

Please understand all items are handmade and it does take time to make.

There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for all items once order is placed.


We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery.
We will only ship to address provided at checkout.

CAN YOU TAKE A VIDEO I WANNA SEE IN REAL? 

All pictures and videos are on the site or all of our social media.

All sales are final. All items are micro pave set which is the same stone setting as real genuine diamonds. It is a HUGE DIFFERENCE between glue-on crystals and stone set. Knowing we aim to provide best quality on the market and our craftsmanship speaks for itself. Do not compare our prices to the regular costume on the market. And be sure to compare the differences as in quality.
We set our stones not glue on, so that explains by setting each stone, no stones will be falling out.

Comparsion
Beware, sometimes you would not be able to tell the differences without comparison or the seller who sell these claims to be "micro pave". They use flashlights ON to simulate it looks like micro pave in the video.
Question is, would you pay $39 USD and up approximately for these junk or would you rather purchase from us?

Worldwide.
We based in LA, California. Branch office and workshop based in USA, CANADA, THAILAND, JAPAN AND HONG KONG.
All items will be shipped with a valid tracking. Shipment will be dispatched depends on the stock availability and location wise. It all depends on us.
Since our branch offices are located in different locations, you are also welcome and contact if you need assistance on local bank wiring transfer such as e-interac. Please use our contact page.
